Samantha Olson

Samantha Olson, UXMC, currently serves as the Sr Manager of UX and Head of UX at Jewelers Mutual Group since March 2021. With a career that includes roles such as User Experience Manager and UX Specialist at the same company, as well as User Experience Designer at Skyward and Design & Brand Manager at the National Association of Tax Professionals, Samantha specializes in user experience design, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. Skills include collaborating with stakeholders, creating journey maps, and overseeing design projects while also possessing a basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art, Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, completed in 2006.
