Jeff Reynolds

Jeff Reynolds, PE, PMP is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in project and construction management, specializing in various sectors including transportation, industrial, commercial, midstream energy, and municipal projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Jewell Associates Engineers, Inc. since September 2022, Jeff previously held positions such as Project Civil Engineer at Blattner Holding Company, Inc. and Program/Project/Construction Manager at CCS, LLC. Notably, Jeff worked at Enbridge for nearly a decade in various roles, including Construction Program Specialist and Senior Construction Coordinator, overseeing projects within the US Liquids Pipeline Construction Services department. Jeff began their career at Lake Superior Consulting as a Project Manager and Civil Construction Engineer, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, and Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
