Colin Mawhinney

Colin Mawhinney is a Software Engineer at Jewelry Television since December 2018, leveraging a strong foundation in IT support developed during a four-year tenure at The University of Tennessee HelpDesk, where roles included IT Support Technologist I and Student Employee. Responsibilities included training new staff, creating documentation, resolving technical issues for faculty, staff, and students, and proper escalation of support tickets. Prior to this, Colin owned and operated Need Mowing from May 2010 to November 2015, managing client relations and business finances while building a clientele. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed in 2019.
