Tonia Mostella

Tonia Mostella, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Tonia began their career in 1997 as a Recruitment Manager at Catalyst HR Group, where they worked until 2005. Following this, they joined Jewelry Television in 2005 as a Human Resources Manager. Tonia later advanced to the role of Director of Human Resources, Customer Care in 2012, where they currently serve.

Tonia Mostella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Knoxville College. Tonia also pursued Business Administration and Management at The University of Memphis and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Tusculum University. Additionally, Tonia has earned professional certifications including SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and SPHR from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
