Cheryl Minkoff

Cheryl Minkoff M. Ed. has extensive experience in the field of education and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Currently serving as the Director of Training/Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement at J-ADD since March 2016, Cheryl previously held the role of Training and CARF Coordinator at Universal Institute Inc. for a brief period in 2016. From 1987 to 2015, Cheryl worked at The Arc Middlesex County as the Director of Staff Development, where responsibilities included program administration and curriculum development for staff training. Additionally, Cheryl served as an In Home Consultant for Autism New Jersey from 1987 to 1991, providing tailored support to children with autism and their families. Cheryl holds a Master's degree in Special Education from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Yeshiva University.
