Agnes Voros is an experienced professional in the fields of customer experience and mental health services. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at Jewish Care since January 2018, Agnes manages corporate complaints, ensuring thorough investigations and timely responses, while also producing detailed reports for resolution and learning. Previously, as Quality Manager at Jewish Care, Agnes supported colleagues in handling complaints and fostering a culture of learning. Earlier roles include Team Manager at Social Interest Group, where Agnes facilitated the transition of a forensic mental health service to a supported living scheme, and a Mental Health Recovery Worker at Inmind Healthcare Group. Agnes holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire.
