Miriam Osina

Miriam Osina, MSW, LCSW, serves as the Director at JCFS Chicago since July 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Care Consultant at the Alzheimer's Association® from December 2014 to July 2022, where responsibilities included training new staff and conducting quality assurance evaluations. Prior to this, Miriam worked as an Access Team Clinician at JCFS Chicago, conducting intake and risk assessments while facilitating inter-agency collaboration from March 2013 to December 2014. Early career experiences include social work internships at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, focusing on intake assessments and discharge planning, as well as at Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter, providing emotional support to hospice patients and families. Miriam holds a Master of Social Work degree from Jane Addams College of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hebrew Theological College.
