Jo-Ellen Unger

Jo-Ellen Unger currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Experience Officer at the Jewish Community Alliance since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Staff-in-Residence at Congregation Ahavath Chesed, Director of URJ 6 Points Creative Arts Academy with the Union for Reform Judaism, Director of Congregational Learning at Har Sinai Congregation, and Director of Education and Youth at both Congregation Ahavath Chesed and Temple Beth El Of Boca Raton. Jo-Ellen also held positions within the Union for Reform Judaism as Regional Director of Junior and Senior High School Programs and Assistant Director at URJ Camp Coleman. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Jewish Education from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion-New York, along with training from the National Shakespeare Conservatory.
