Chelsea C. has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Chelsea started their career as a Capital Campaign & Special Initiatives Assistant at UJA-Federation of New York, where they facilitated development operations and special projects for major gift officers. Chelsea then became a Development Executive, managing a major gift portfolio and driving strategic growth. Chelsea later joined Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia as a Relationship Manager, where they crafted fundraising and donor engagement strategies. Chelsea also worked at The Jewish Agency for Israel as a Leadership Development Associate, focusing on millennial philanthropic leadership. Prior to their current role as Director of Development Operations and Annual Campaign at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, Chelsea served as a Development Operations Manager and a Development Associate at Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House. In these roles, they managed development operations, analyzed and optimized donor service processes, and facilitated donor stewardship. Additionally, Chelsea worked as a Sponsorship Fulfillment Manager at Welcome America Inc., responsible for managing sponsorships.

Chelsea C. has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Jewish Studies from Rollins College. Chelsea also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Public Policy with a focus on International Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Tel Aviv University. In addition to their degrees, Chelsea has obtained certifications in Conflict Analysis and Negotiation and Conflict Management from The United States Institute of Peace. Chelsea has also been verified for their international academic qualifications by World Education Services (WES).
