Mark is a Californian who comes to the JCCSF after working for five years as the CFO/COO at Juma Ventures, a workforce development social enterprise. In that role he managed the finance, HR, program, enterprise, data, and business development teams.
Mark’s experience revolves around his passions for social justice and education. In addition to consulting with social enterprises, he held positions as CEO of the World Institute on Disability and as a Director of Business Development at Underwriters Laboratories, the safety certification company. He also served as the first board member for the Mosaic Project, an outdoor diversity school.
