Tracy Sussman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tracy served as the Director of Marketing and Membership Services at the Jewish Community Center of the Lehigh Valley, where they oversaw communication efforts, developed marketing strategies, and managed the membership team. Prior to that, Tracy worked as a Contract Recruiter at LTC Global, an Independent Consultant for a home-based Creative Memories Business, and an Independent Contractor at American Senior Services Incorporated. Tracy also worked as an Independent Contractor at St. Luke's Hospital, where they wrote content for their website and collaborated with the Behavioral Health team. Tracy's earlier roles include being an Independent Contractor at DB Financial Services and serving as Assistant Vice President of Marketing at Penn Treaty Network America Insurance. Tracy began their career at D&B, where they held various positions, including New Customer Acquisition Team Project Coordinator, Sales Lead Generation Unit Team Leader, and DunsDial Telesales Agent.
Tracy Sussman holds an MBA in Marketing from DeSales University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Tracy has also obtained additional certifications, including Adult Mental Health First Aid, Youth Mental Health First Aid, and the Hineni: JResponder Training Experience Certificate of Completion.

The JCC is more than just a building. We are a community. Throughout our 100 year history together, we have grown roots that reside in the loving and welcoming nature of our community. It is in these people, our members, that we continue to branch out. A century ago, the JCC of the Lehigh Valley was created to serve the needs of a growing Jewish community. We have established ourselves as a driving force in the social, cultural and educational life surrounding the greater Lehigh Valley. The entire community—families and singles, young and old—have come to play, learn, exercise, socialize and share in the cultural wealth of our community. The JCC has become our “neighborhood,” a place where Jewish and secular values and traditions can be shared actively in a warm, comfortable, vibrant environment. The JCC proudly serves over 2,000 members. We welcome you to tour our facilities, find out about our programs and become part of our extended family. We’ve celebrated 100 years and enjoyed thousands of memories. Now, our JCC story continues. We hope that you will be a part of it.
