Lisa Robins

Lisa Robins has extensive experience in program development, operations management, and community outreach, primarily within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Business & Operations at Kaplen JCC on the Palisades, Lisa has held various roles since 2002, including Senior Adult Department Manager and Day Camp Director. Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance for state funding through accurate reporting, developing communication protocols, and cultivating client relationships to exceed recruitment goals. Previously, Lisa directed Camp Dream Street, overseeing operations for over 185 campers and successfully increasing enrollment by 125%. Additional professional experience includes serving as Vibrant Living Director at Brightview Senior Living, where Lisa established diverse programming for senior residents, and as Owner/Operator of Go To College Box, providing college application assistance. Lisa holds a B.S. in Journalism from Boston University and has completed several training workshops in performance management and interviewing skills.
