Daniel Siegel has a diverse work history in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2010, they worked as an Outdoor Pursuits Assistant at The University of Kansas, where they supervised a rock climbing area and set climbing routes.

In 2012, Siegel worked as a GIS Intern at Kansas Biological Survey, gaining experience in geographic information systems.

From 2013 to 2014, they held multiple positions, including Field Engineer at Atlantic Engineering Group, where they performed pre-construction checks for the Google Fiber network design. Daniel also worked as a Sales Associate and Bicycle Mechanic at REI, assisting customers with gear selection and bike maintenance.

In 2014, Siegel worked as a GIS Technician at BHC RHODES, editing and georeferencing utility data.

From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Program Director at Camp Young Judaea Midwest, where they designed and implemented camp programs and supervised staff.

In 2015 to 2016, Siegel was a Challenge Course Manager at Sierra Nevada Journeys, responsible for maintaining and inspecting challenge course infrastructure and training instructors.

Since 2017, Siegel has been with the Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center, starting as an Assistant Director and later taking on roles such as Associate Director of Camp Shai, Interim Director, and currently as the Engagement Program Manager.

Daniel Siegel attended The University of Kansas from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies.
