Johana Mejia is a dedicated mental health and wellness professional with extensive experience in teaching and coaching. Currently serving as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor at Jewish Community Services of South Florida and a Health Educator at SPECTRAFORCE, Johana conducts presentations and wellness programs focusing on various health topics. Previously, Johana worked as a Well-being Consultant at Douro Coaching & Consulting LLC, emphasizing a holistic approach to personal and professional development. As a Financial Coach at United Way Miami, Johana designed training and personalized plans to enhance financial stability. Earlier roles included Psychosocial Support Specialist and Education and Quality Coaching Specialist at the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe, where it was possible to deliver workshops and coaching to improve early childhood education environments. Johana holds multiple degrees in social psychology and psychology, along with certifications in life coaching and applied psychology.
