Ellie Schwartzberg

VP, Older Adults & Jewish Community Services at JEWISH FAMILY & CHILDRENS SERVICE

Ellie has 36 years of experience working with the older adult population. She began her career at Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JFCS) in 1980 as the Director of the Osborn Senior Center. From that position she became the Coordinator of Jewish Family Life Education, was then promoted to Director of Older Adult Services in 1985, and became the Vice President of Older Adults and Jewish Community Services in 2006. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor through the State of Arizona, and has a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Arizona State University. She also has a two-year certificate in Family Therapy from the Post Graduate Institute for Family Therapy. Her undergraduate degree in Education was completed at Syracuse University.
