Irina Klay serves as the Director of Community Outreach at Jewish Family and Children's Services of San Francisco, where responsibilities include overseeing agency-wide volunteer services and enhancing community partnerships to improve access and representation in the Bay Area. Previously, at the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco, Irina held the roles of Director of Ukraine Response and Community Engagement Program Manager, focusing on innovative program development and community engagement strategies. Earlier experiences include serving as Assistant Program Director at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, leading curriculum implementation and strategic partnerships. Irina holds a degree from Brandeis University in the Hornstein Professional Leadership Program and has additional credentials in experiential education and human resources management.
