Janet Vierling

Janet Vierling is an experienced mental health professional with a focus on refugee populations. Currently serving as the Refugee Mental Health Clinical Supervisor at Jewish Family Service of Colorado since September 2016, Janet supervises clinicians and provides therapy and case management for refugees. Janet has held various roles within the organization since July 2012, progressing from Refugee Mental Health Specialist to Intensive Case Manager. Prior experience includes leadership as Senior Director of Programs at The Adoption Exchange and providing therapy and case management at Denver Area Youth Services. Janet's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver, earned between 1997 and 2000.
