Molly Carr

Molly Carr, Ph.D. is the Chief Executive Officer at Jewish Family Services of Western New York. She has a background in refugee resettlement and has held leadership positions in various organizations such as International Rescue Committee, Church World Service, and Journey's End Refugee Services. Molly's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Leadership and Policy from Niagara University, an MA in Organizational Leadership from Medaille University, and a BA in Political Science/Urban Studies, International Relations/Religious Studies from Canisius University. She has a strong commitment to helping refugees and immigrants integrate into their new communities successfully.
