Carly Vazana has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Carly is currently serving as the VP, Donor Experience - Real Estate & Construction at The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, starting in February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Development at Valley Beth Shalom Day School from February 2014 to July 2019. Carly also held positions at Jewish National Fund, where they worked as a Senior Campaign Executive from February 2013 to February 2014, and as a Campaign Executive from June 2010 to February 2013. Carly started their career as a Graduate Fellow at AIPAC from 2009 to 2010 and gained experience as a Development Department Intern at Bet Tzedek Legal Services from September 2008 to April 2009.
Carly Vazana pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 1994, they attended Granada Hills High School for their secondary education. After completing high school, they joined UCLA in 1998 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters in 2001. Following this, from 2008 to 2010, Carly attended the University of Southern California and Hebrew Union College, where they acquired a Masters of Nonprofit Management and a Masters of Public Administration.
