Karen Bocaletti

Karen Bocaletti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and donor engagement within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of the Jewish Historical Society at the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ since March 2017, Karen oversees a portfolio of over 300 donors, driving funding and organizational impact through events and exhibitions. Prior roles include the Campaign Strategy and Operations Officer and Development Officer at the same federation, along with Development Officer at Felician University, where significant increases in alumni giving were achieved. Additional experience includes a tenure as Special Assistant to the Vice President of External Affairs at HIAS and Advancement Associate at St. Joseph's College, where Karen notably raised over $500,000. Karen holds a Master’s in Human Services Leadership from St. Joseph's University and undergraduate degrees from Adelphi University and Hofstra University.
