Joel Schwarz

Joel Schwarz is the current Major Gifts Officer at Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. Joel has previous experience working as a Development Associate at Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh, Development Manager at Homeless Children's Playtime Project, and Development Manager at America Achieves. Joel has also held positions as a Graduate Fellow at Montgomery County Department of Recreation and WRAG Philanthropy Fellow at The Community Foundation for the National Capital Region. In addition, Joel Schwarz has experience working as a Development and Communications Fellow at SportsChallenge Leadership Academy and as a Teacher at English First. Joel began their career as an Intern at PeacePlayers International.

Joel Schwarz has a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy and a Bachelors of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
