Melissa Gabillon

Melissa Gabillon, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia since June 2021, previously holding the role of Director of Human Resources. Prior to this position, Melissa spent over two decades as the Director of Human Resources at Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square from October 1999 to June 2021 and held the same title at Plymouth Meeting Doubletree Guest Suites from August 1997 to October 1999. Education includes a degree from Penn State University (1989-1993) and ongoing professional certification in Human Resources Management from Villanova University (2008-present).
