Katy Theroux

Katy Theroux is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President, Talent and HRBP at Westlake since September 2024, Katy previously held the position of EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Cornerstone Building Brands from September 2014 to June 2023, overseeing talent strategy for North America's largest manufacturer of exterior building products. Prior to that, Katy was the Founder of Gaudium180, which focused on fostering collaborative relationships for organizational growth. Katy's career also includes significant roles at 1WorldSync, where as Chief Marketing and Administrative Officer, strategic integration of multinational firms was executed, and at GS1 US, where turnaround and transformation strategies were implemented in both HR and general management capacities. Katy holds an MBA from Saint Peter's University and a BS in Business from Syracuse University.
