Ryan Albert

Ryan Albert is a Help Desk Specialist at Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. Ryan has previously worked as a Field Technician at the archdiocese of philadelphia and as an Assistant Coordinator of Resident Computer Lab at Inglis House. Ryan has also worked as a Computer Support Specialist at Harcum College.

Ryan Albert began their educational career by earning a certificate of training for PC hardware repair and PC operating systems from the Community College of Philadelphia. Ryan then went on to earn their BS in Information Science from Cabrini University. After working in the field for a few years, they decided to return to school to earn their associate degree in computer technology from Marshall University. Ryan is currently Comptia N+ certified and working as a desktop support technician at Delaware County Community College.

Their manager is Robb Quattro, Director, Information Technology & Services. They are on a team with Rachelle Gizinski - Business Systems Analyst II, Anu Skariah - Network Operations Manager.
