Talia Lidar is the Director of Israel and Global Programs at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. Talia has been in this role since January 2006. Prior to that, they were the Director of Development at Orr Shalom from January 2002 to December 2007. From January 1992 to December 2000, they worked on special projects for Israel's Ministry of Education.

Talia Lidar began their educational career by obtaining a BA in Middle Eastern studies and Theirtory from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Talia then continued their education at the same school, obtaining a teachers' certificate in Theirtory and Civics education. Finally, they completed their MA in Education at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
