Sharon Brodkey

Sharon Brodkey has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sharon currently serves as the Executive Director of the Jewish Community Relations Council at the Jewish Federation of Omaha. Prior to this, Sharon was the Principal and Owner of iLui Communications, a consultancy providing communications, development, marketing, and public relations services in the United States and Israel. Sharon also worked in public relations and marketing at Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, Inc.

Earlier in their career, Sharon held positions as the Director of Marketing at Opera Omaha, Communications Manager at TSYS Merchant Solutions, and Communications and Corporate Development professional at the Anti-Defamation League. Sharon also served as the Director of Public Relations and Communications at the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce.

Sharon Brodkey has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington. Sharon also attended American University in 1982 for an Honors Seminar in International Relations and Foreign Policy Studies. In addition, they participated in Hadassah's Young Judaea Year Course in Israel from 1979 to 1980, focusing on Jewish/Judaic Studies. Prior to their college education, Sharon Brodkey attended Harry A. Burke High School.
