Carly Ezell Lobenstein

Carly Ezell Lobenstein, MBA, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Jewish Federation of San Diego County, contributing extensive experience in community engagement and fundraising strategies since April 2012. In this role, Carly has been instrumental in developing and implementing outreach programs to enhance donor engagement and grow the young adult donor base. Previous positions at the organization included Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Community Engagement. Carly has also served as Senior Program Manager, where a community-based five-year plan was developed to double participation in young adult engagement activities, and created marketing strategies, including a new brand and website. Earlier experience includes Program Coordinator at the San Diego Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center and Administrative Assistant at the University of Arizona Hillel Foundation. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Regional and Community Development with a minor in Business and History from the University of Arizona and a Master of Business Administration from the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University.
