Monica Billig

Monica Billig is a seasoned professional specializing in development and policy, with a robust background spanning various roles in nonprofit and public service sectors. Currently serving as Senior Development Associate at the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey and Our Family of Agencies, Monica previously worked as a Grant Writer at the Food Bank of South Jersey, managing a complex grant process and leading data analysis efforts. As a Policy Advisor at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Monica played a key role in developing and revising health regulations, effectively coordinating stakeholder engagement. Additional experience includes program management and technical support roles at environmental finance and education organizations, as well as teaching yoga to children. Monica holds a B.A. in Economics with a Mathematics minor from Smith College and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland.
