Jennifer Baer has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in family engagement and community collaboration. Jennifer currently serves as the Director of PJ Library and Family Engagement at the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, where they are responsible for developing and implementing family engagement strategies, cultivating partnerships, managing budgets, and leading a team. Prior to their current role, Baer was the PJ Library Coordinator at PJ Library, where they oversaw the successful implementation of various programs and represented the organization on a local, national, and global scale as a thought leader in family engagement. Jennifer also worked as an associate for Partnership 2Gether at the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, managing relationships and collaborative programs between St. Louis, Atlanta, and Yokneam-Megiddo in Israel. Baer's earlier roles include Program Director at Hillel at Washington University, Recruiter at ServiceTemps, and Community Planning and Allocations Associate at the Jewish Federation of St. Louis.
Jennifer Baer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin in 1995. Jennifer later obtained a Master of Social Work degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1998.
