Natalia Straus has extensive experience in fundraising and development, working with various organizations. Natalia currently holds the position of Director of Donor Engagement, Women's Philanthropy at The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Development at the School for Ethics and Global Leadership from July 2019 to January 2022, where they managed fundraising efforts and secured visits with major donors. Natalia also served as the Director of Advancement at Brandeis Marin from December 2018 to June 2019. Natalia worked as a Fundraising Consultant for Girls Unite from August 2018 to January 2019. Additionally, they have held roles as a Fundraising and Events Consultant and Gift Officer at Spirit Rock - An Insight Meditation Center. Natalia has also worked as a Legacy Giving Consultant for the California State Parks Foundation and Marin Cultural Association.
