Jessica Balboni

Jessica Balboni serves as the Associate Vice President of the Mandel Center for Leadership Excellence at The Jewish Federations of North America, a position held since January 2019. Prior to this role, Balboni was the Director of the Center at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House from March 2015 to January 2019, and previously directed Learning Programs at the League of American Orchestras from October 2008 to March 2015. Balboni's early career included leading Educational Initiatives at the Los Angeles Philharmonic from June 2004 to November 2007 and serving as the Director of Educational Outreach at 92nd Street Y from June 1997 to June 2004. Balboni holds a Master's degree in Social Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Smith College.
