Becky Kamguia, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CDM, DEIW, CSM has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on strategic and leadership roles. Becky currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Makom, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to joining Makom, Becky worked as the Strategic HR Business Partner at JenCare Senior, a Chenmed Co. from September 2019 to March 2021.

Before their time at JenCare Senior, Becky held the role of Human Resources Director at Bon Secours Mercy Health Systems from September 2012 to March 2019. Becky worked as a Human Resources Consultant at NIMS - Nottaway Innovative Medical Services from August 2010 to February 2012.

From July 2008 to June 2010, Becky served as the Human Resources Director at HENRY COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Carthage Area Hospital from January 2002 to June 2008.

Throughout their career, Becky has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of human resources practices. Becky holds multiple certifications, including SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CDM, DEIW, and CSM, showcasing their dedication to professional development and staying up-to-date on industry standards.

Becky Kamguia holds a Master's of Art degree in Labor Relations and Policy Studies, which they obtained from the State University of New York - System from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, which they completed from 1990 to 1994.

In addition to their educational background, Becky Kamguia has acquired several certifications. These include being a Scrum Master Certified (SMC), obtained from Scrum Inc. in June 2022. Becky also holds a Certificate of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida, obtained in March 2021. Furthermore, Becky Kamguia has a Certificate of Diversity Management from the Institute for Diversity and Health Equity, earned in June 2016. Additionally, they are a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certified by SHRM since January 2016, and they are also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified by HRCI since June 2012.
