Donna Megliola

Donna Megliola has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on leadership and strategic planning. Donna currently serves as the Human Resources Director at JGS Lifecare since 2018. Previously, they were the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources at Johnson Memorial Medical Center from 2012 to 2017, where they oversaw various departments and successfully negotiated a labor contract. Prior to that, they held the position of Director, Human Resources at Connecticut Children's Medical Center for over 15 years, leading initiatives to gain national recognition as a top place to work.
