Jim Dowling

Jim Dowling, GCDF, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Technology Training Programs at JVS - San Francisco, where responsibilities include managing Department of Labor-funded Technology programs and leading post-training initiatives that support client job placements. With a background in organizational development, Jim has held various roles such as Performance Development Coach, Lead Organizer for the San Francisco Professional Career Network, and Program Manager at Life's Work Center. Prior experience includes customer service and sales support at Smith & Fong Co/Plyboo, training management for the City and County of San Francisco, and operational coordination at Fan Asylum. Jim holds a BS in American History from SUNY Brockport and has furthered professional development through the National Career Development Association's CDF Training program.
