Luba Yusim

Luba Yusim serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications at JVS - Bay Area since January 2022, following a distinguished tenure at Community Vision CA where roles included Senior Communications Officer, Senior Communications Associate, and Development and Marketing Associate from January 2014 to January 2022. Yusim's experience encompasses various positions in communications and development within nonprofit organizations, including leadership roles at the Oakland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Rosov Consulting, LLC. A Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management and Organizational Development was earned from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, complemented by a BA in International Studies with an emphasis on Russian and migration issues from the University of Oregon. Yusim's expertise includes proposal development, communication strategy, and organizational sustainability.
