Jennifer Blanchard

Jennifer Blanchard, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience. Jennifer currently works as the Human Resources Director at JF Petroleum Group, starting in May 2021. Before that, they served as the HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company. Prior to JF Petroleum Group, Jennifer worked as an HR Recruiting Business Partner at Jones & Frank from October 2019 to August 2020. Jennifer also has experience working as a Staffing Manager and Executive Recruiter at Accounting Principals from March 2013 to October 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Strategic Placement Manager at Supplemental Health Care from February 2009 to September 2011, and as an Operations Manager at Staffmark from 2007 to 2009.

Jennifer Blanchard, SHRM-CP, completed their education by earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy from The Ohio State University from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from ITT Technical Institute between 2000 and 2002. In addition to their academic background, Jennifer has obtained the certification of SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in June 2022.
