Eilidh Catherine K Bryers

Eilidh Catherine K Bryers currently serves as the Global Head of Business Operations at JFD Global, focusing on sustainable business transformation and improvement. Previously, Eilidh held various leadership roles at Ontic, including Global Business Unit Leader for the Radar Business Unit and Head of Business Performance for the Rest of World region. Eilidh's extensive experience also includes managing Civil OEM programmes, leading a SIOP project as part of a UK Business Transformation team, and overseeing operations and executive support roles while undergoing Helicopter Flying training. Earlier career roles include Operations Scheduler at Bond Offshore Helicopters and Deputy Senior Student at the Royal Air Force. Eilidh holds a Master of Science in Global Security and a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Glasgow, along with a Private Pilot's Licence in helicopters.
