Bill Humphrey

Bill Humphrey is the current Director of Community Security at JFGD. Bill previously worked as a Deputy Chief at the Dallas Police Department from August 1981 to November 2018.

Bill Humphrey has a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Dallas Baptist University, a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice from Dallas Baptist University, and a degree in Music Education from Baylor University. Bill has also completed the Senior Management Institute for Police at the Police Executive Research Forum and the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas at Sam Houston State University.

They are on a team with Donna Ostrower - Chief Development Officer, Mordechai Harris - COO, and Vincent Gammieri - Director of Donor Services & IT. Bill Humphrey reports to Igor Alterman, President & CEO.
