Mauro Oliveira Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mauro Oliveira began their career as an Instructor-teacher at Excellence Informática in 1995. Mauro Oliveira then moved on to Montreal Informática as a Mainframe support trainee from 1997 to 1999. Mauro then joined NYNET CO. NY/USA as a Network Engineer-Internal for a brief period in 2000.

In the same year, they started working at Oracle, where they held multiple roles over the course of their tenure. Mauro Oliveira began as a Sales Consultant in 2000 and later served as an iChannel Manager and an Executive Account Manager. Mauro Oliveira'smost recent position at Oracle was as an Executive Territory Manager, responsible for significantly growing the company's MG regional results and margins. During their time at Oracle, Mauro received the Club Excellence Performance Award from 2007 to 2010.

After leaving Oracle, Mauro joined Microsoft as the Head of Sales for PDW-BIG DATA Appliances in Latin America. Mauro Oliveira held this position from 2011 to 2013. Following their tenure at Microsoft, Mauro took a sabbatical and volunteered at the Nepal Children Village and participated in a meditation retreat in India.

Mauro's next role was at SAP, where they served as a Sales Director for Brazil from 2013 to 2014. Mauro Oliveira then founded their own company, JFOX IT Partners, in 2014, where they currently hold the role of CEO. Most recently, in 2020, they became a member of Open Mind Brazil.
