Lino Covarrubias, MBA, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at JFS of Metrowest since 2008, overseeing all programs and staff while providing leadership to program coordinators. Previously, Lino Covarrubias was involved in a volunteer capacity on a search committee for the City of Framingham from 2011 to 2012. Lino Covarrubias retired as a Naval Officer after a 22-year career in the U.S. Navy and also served in the U.S. Navy Reserve, focusing on leadership in recruiting operations for healthcare and engineering professions. Lino Covarrubias holds an MBA from Babson College, a Master’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
