Gina Coloma

Gina Coloma, CHRA, is a skilled talent management professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resource management. Currently serving as the Talent Management Lead at JG Summit Holdings Inc. since August 2025, Gina previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Partner - Junior Assistant Manager at Security Bank Corporation, where responsibilities included managing manpower requirements and conducting competency-based interviews. Prior experience includes roles at John Clements Consultants, Inc., ranging from Senior Recruitment Consultant to Recruitment Associate, where Gina oversaw the full recruitment process and conducted in-depth interviews.
