Diipali Dematteo

Diipali Dematteo is the Senior Vice President of the Project Management Office at JG Wentworth. Diipali has over ten years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on recruiting and talent acquisition.

Dematteo began their career as an intern with the United States Marshals Service in 2009, where they gained experience in employee relations. Diipali then interned with Farmers Insurance Group in 2011, where they assisted candidates throughout the transition process into a career in insurance. In 2012, they became a Recruiting Specialist for Farmers Insurance Group.

After a year with Farmers Insurance Group, Dematteo took a position as a Remittance Processor with De Lage Landen. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating work between the interns and the department leaders to ensure that all deadlines were met as well as customer's needs. Diipali also created comparison spreadsheets for quotes from De Lage Landen and their customers.

In their current role as VP of the Project Management Office at JG Wentworth, Dematteo is responsible for overseeing all project management activities within the company.

Diipali Dematteo has a BS & BA in Business Administration and Political Science from Cabrini University as well as certification from the Project Management Institute in PMP.
