Ryan Gales, Assoc. AIA, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Business Development/Project Manager at Jenkins/Gales & Martinez, Inc. (JGM) since December 2004. With over 100 professionals specializing in various services, JGM offers design and construction-related services in transportation infrastructure, civic, educational, institutional, residential, and commercial facilities. Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Project Manager at the City of Los Angeles - Office of Mayor James Hahn from October 2001 to December 2004. A BS graduate in Civil Engineering from UCLA, Ryan also holds certifications in Project Management and Construction Management from UCLA Extension.

This philosophy was begun and the vision and leadership of our founder Carey K. Jenkins and continues today through our Chairman, Earl E.
