P. E. Irina O. Hott

Irina O. Hott, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in water and wastewater treatment projects. Currently serving as Water Treatment Manager at Altoona Water Authority since February 2024, Irina previously held multiple roles at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, including Assistant Project Manager and Civil Engineer for Transportation and Bridge projects.
