Frank Liu

Frank Liu is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in building services, project management, and electrical design. Currently serving as Director at Millimetre Consulting since June 2023, Frank has also held roles as Associate Electrical Engineer, Project Manager, and Senior Electrical Engineer at JHA Consulting Engineers since January 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing projects in various sectors such as education, infrastructure, and residential.
