Ling-Chieh Hsiao

Ling-Chieh Hsiao has a diverse range of work experience in the biopharmaceutical and biologics manufacturing industry. In 2011, they worked as an Assistant Associate Scientist at A-Bio Pharma Pte Ltd, where they were responsible for developing cell proliferation assays and DNA quantification, as well as overseeing the Master Cell Bank procedure. From 2012 to 2013, Hsiao worked as an Associate Scientist at Luye Pharma Group, where they developed and implemented assays to determine the physicochemical properties of antibodies and purity/impurity. They also provided training to colleagues in China to set up a new laboratory. Since 2013, Hsiao has been working at Eden Biologics as a Sr. Scientist and Project Manager. In this role, they are responsible for process development, technical transfers, and continuous improvement of process performance. They also support tech transfer of process to clinical manufacturing and actively participate in product manufacturing, identifying gaps and introducing process parameters.

Ling-Chieh Hsiao holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Science and Technology from National Chiao Tung University. Prior to this, Ling-Chieh completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Science and Technology from China Medical University.
