Caroline Kupchella

Caroline Kupchella, MPH, is an experienced public health professional with a focus on HIV prevention and youth development. Currently serving as a Project Officer at Jhpiego, Caroline manages the USAID-funded ACHIEVE initiative in South Sudan and leads the AGYW Global Fund award across multiple African nations. Previous experience includes implementing the first Night School curriculum for herd boys with the Peace Corps and co-founding The Indika Alliance, a nonprofit aimed at improving the lives of women and children in domestic work in India. Caroline's background is complemented by roles at various organizations, including childhood development internship and marketing communications, reflecting a comprehensive commitment to community service and health education.
