Yohannes Molla Asemu

Yohannes Molla Asemu is an experienced Senior Technical Advisor at Jhpiego, with a focus on education and training within the USAID-funded Strengthening Human Resources for Health project, aimed at enhancing the workforce of midwives, anesthetists, and other essential health workers. Prior to this role, Yohannes served as a Lecturer and Senior Anaesthetist at Addis Ababa University and University of Gondar, where responsibilities included classroom and clinical teaching for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Educational qualifications include a PhD candidacy in Health Professions Education and Regulation from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Post-graduate Certificate in Health Professions Education from Keele University, and a Fellowship in Medical Education and Research from FAIMER, along with Master's and Bachelor's Degrees in Advanced Clinical Anaesthesia and Anaesthesia from the University of Gondar, respectively.
