Princess Nelson has extensive experience in food service administration, currently serving as a Food Service Administrative Assistant and previously as a Food Service Administrator at The Doe Fund since January 2020. Prior to this role, Princess worked at Aladdin Food Management Services, LLC, from June 2014 to January 2020, as an Office Manager and Assistant Food Service Director. Earlier in their career, Princess held the position of Security Lead at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. from September 2005 to September 2011. Princess's educational background includes an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Everest Institute-North Miami, obtained between 2009 and 2011, and studies at Miami Dade College from 2004 to 2006.
