Mohammad Reza Asadollahi Fard has a diverse work experience in software development, particularly in the broadcast industry. Mohammad Reza started their career at Microelectronic Pars Group in 2010 as an Embedded Software Developer, where they worked on various outsourced projects, including developing software applications and drivers for different devices such as elevators, access control systems, UART communication devices, wave/MP3 players, resistive touch screens, and blood pressure devices.

In 2013, Mohammad joined Omid Technologies Co., another company in the broadcast industry, where they served as an Embedded Software Developer. Mohammad Reza was involved in the production of professional Encoders and Decoders for audio and video and contributed to the development of the first professional Encoders in the country.

In 2015, Mohammad moved on to SAMIM Group, a high-tech company in the broadcast industry. Mohammad Reza incorporated several services such as ECS, ECR, EC2, MSK(Kafka), ELB, ALB, DynamoDB, AppSync, Cognito, ApiGateway, Lambda, SQS, Batch, CodePipeline, SageMaker, Elastic Inference, S3, CloudWatch, SSM, CDK, and more. JIBB successfully integrated with Webex and developed new features for top universities like Stanford and Harvard.
